Chamomile tea is good for reducing the stress level of a human. To prepare it, take one spoon of dried chamomile flower petals and allow it to boil in water with a slim flame for next 45 minutes. And then strain it and add some honey to it. Consume it regularly before going to sleep.

Gingerroot Tea

Gingerroots have the ability to neutralize the acid levels. Not only acid reflux, it also helps in treating with many stomach issues. Prepare gingerroot tea in the following steps; take some fresh gingerroot sliced into pieces, add it to two cups of water and boil it well. Later strain the gingerroot slices and drink regularly before 20 minutes of your meal.

Banana And Apple


Bananas and apples give a soothing effect. They contain natural antacids which will help greatly in treating acid reflux. Consume a banana or an apple at regular basis to reduce the effect of acid reflux.
