Cervical Spondylosis is a disease which is caused due to prolonged sitting hours or inappropriate posture. It is also called neck arthritis. Usually, it is age-related but now it is common for all people who put excess stress on their neck. The following are some home remedies for Cervical Spondylosis.

Neem As A Remedy

 Neem is a best of all home remedies for Cervical Spondylosis with its rich medicinal properties. Neem can be used in many formats like applying neem oil to the affected area and gently massage. Take some fresh neem leaves and grind it into a paste, heat the paste to some extent and apply the neem paste in the affected area. Rest it for 20-30 minutes and then remove with warm water.

Turmeric For Cervical Spondylosis

Turmeric possesses rich anti-inflammatory properties which help in treating Cervical Spondylosis. Turmeric also relieves pain and improves blood flow in the Cervical Spondylosis affected regions. You can add some turmeric powder to a glass of warm milk, if needed add some honey to it and consume it for twice a day.

Cayenne Pepper For Cervical Spondylosis

Cayenne peppers contain anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties. It helps in reducing the pain and inflammation occurred in the neck regions which are caused by Cervical Spondylosis.  Add 1 tablespoon of Cayenne pepper powder to 2 tablespoons of lukewarm oil mix it well, apply this paste on the affected area cover it with a bandage and let it be as same for the whole night.

Hot And Cold Compress

As well known hot compresses give a soothing and improve blood circulation in the areas affected by Cervical Spondylosis. Cold compresses give relief from the pain and help to decrease the swelling and inflammation. Alternatively use both the compresses on the affected area until the pain fades away.
